✨ Position: ERP Software Support Analyst ✨ Schedule: Day Shift | On-site reporting ✨ Experience Required: At least 3 years of related working experience

Here in Wee Community Deveopers, Inc., an ERP Software Support Analyst plays a critical role in the digital backbone of the organization by ensuring the smooth functioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP system integrates core business processes such as sales, accounting, finance, procurement, documentation, inventory, project management, and human resources — making the analyst a vital link between the system, users, and overall business operations.

What You’ll Do:

- Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through an incident management system within the agreed Operational Level Agreement

- Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to 3rd party maintenance support team

- Test and verify fixes on test system prior to deployment in live sytem

- Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Department Heads on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities

- Assist Project Manager in other ERP related activities such as training, creation and updating of documentation and data setup.
