We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Hudson River Trading's global Recruiting team. This role focuses on hiring engineers across Trading Technology and Research & Development engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Proven success recruiting in specialized technical domains
- ✓Strong talent mapping capabilities
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics
- ✓Excellent cross-functional communication skills
