We are seeking an experienced platform/staff engineer to elevate our engineering experience and how we work. This role will focus on three main areas: DevOps Platforms, Engineering Experience, and our AI Enablement Toolkit.
Key Responsibilities
- →Elevate DevOps practices across Engineering at Wellmark.
- →Develop and maintain a modern engineering toolkit.
- →Establish practices and standards for engineering.
- →Lead engineering forums and communities of practices.
- →Create product roadmaps and set the technical strategy within the function.
- →Act as a technical liaison to development teams – helping them understand best practices and leverage tools for modern engineering.
