About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join Welltech, a global wellness company with 25.5 million users. In this role, you will manage advertising campaigns on paid social channels targeting the Health and Fitness audience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full cycle of mobile traffic advertising campaigns, including launching, optimization, and scaling
- →Experiment with creatives through A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization
- →Monitor advertising campaigns for performance, optimization, and reporting
- →Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing in User Acquisition
- ✓Practical experience with a large budget in Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads/TikTok/Snapchat)
- ✓Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Analytical mindset with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- ✓Experience with Google Analytics/Tableau/Clarisight is a plus
- ✓Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
