About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Product Manager to join our team at Welocalize. This role involves leading the definition and delivery of ML+AI solutions, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML impact, and prioritizing projects on the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build insights into Welocalize use cases and strategize where AI+ML technologies can be applied to drive business impact
- →Partner with engineering teams to build ML tooling and drive tight integration with other systems
- →Define clear OKRs to ensure progress towards driving ML adoption
- →Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success
- →Conduct requirement analysis and solution design, working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- →Partner with engineers to conduct experiments and evaluations to assess model performance
- →Develop metrics that reflect business needs and provide actionable recommendations
- →Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
- →Lead product development and launches by working with stakeholders to define requirements and manage timelines
- →Monitor product performance and user feedback to ensure success
- →Develop and execute a plan to regularly engage with stakeholders
- →Ensure requirements are internally consistent and well-described
- →Collaborate with development teams to create schedules and manage requirements
- →Contribute to a culture of excellence, open communication, and respect
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above
- ✓5+ years of relevant work experience in ML software product management
- ✓Localization, translation, data collection, or NLP experience is a bonus
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives, stakeholders, and users
- ✓Quantitative skills with data, research, and decision-making
- ✓Strong communicator, collaborator, and presenter
- ✓Practical knowledge of MS Office, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence)
- ✓Understanding of Lean and Agile Methodologies
- ✓Self-motivated with attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
- ✓Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- ✓Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to build clear presentations and communicate effectively
- ✓Demonstrated specialization, execution, and delivery of AI products
- ✓Demonstrated project management skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional planning sessions
- ✓Demonstrated ability to partner across, collaborate with, and inspire teams
