About the Role
We are looking for a software engineer who enjoys solving practical problems through scripting, automating repetitive workflows, and improving data quality workflows. This role focuses on building internal tools, connecting systems, and improving operational workflows that reduce manual effort and scale data processing and management workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain automation scripts and internal lightweight tools to support operations teams.
- →Develop, troubleshoot and optimize enterprise integrations to ensure seamless data exchange.
- →Implement programmatic quality checks to improve data consistency and accuracy.
- →Support the rollout of technical solutions by documenting, and iterating based on feedback.
- →Build and support integrations between internal systems and third-party tools
- →Maintain and improve existing workflows as the teams needs evolve.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of engineering or technical experience (internships and projects count).
- ✓Bachelor's degree with an engineering or analytics focused field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience.
- ✓Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Javascript, C#)
- ✓Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and a drive to keep learning.
- ✓Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- ✓Familiarity with AI-coding technologies (Cursor, ClaudCode, etc.) is a plus.
