We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with experience in reporting, data reconciliation, workforce operations, and financial tracking. This role will be responsible for processing large volumes of data, building and maintaining reports, reconciling information across multiple systems, and identifying discrepancies, trends, and operational gaps that require attention.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Power BI, Workday, Excel, PTO and timekeeping processes, and operational reporting. This person should be comfortable combining and validating data from multiple sources, supporting invoicing and workforce tracking, analyzing headcount and hours data, and ensuring reporting accuracy across teams.
Responsibilities will include creating dashboards and reports, auditing data for inconsistencies, identifying items that do not align, and partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Workforce teams to support business needs and improve reporting processes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Please note that the working hours for this role are from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and we also provide a monthly night shift allowance of INR 6,000–7,000, which is over and above the offered CTC.Â

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Payment Processing
Collect and verify timesheets, overtime logs, and attendance records for a distributed workforce of 300–500 people.
Process payments in accordance with established schedules, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Reconcile payroll runs against source data; flag and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Maintain clean, well-organized payroll records and audit trails.
Follow up with employees and managers on missing documentation or policy exceptions.
OT & PTO Tracking
Maintain accurate records of overtime hours across multiple teams and time zones.
Track PTO balances, accruals, and usage; update records promptly after approvals are received.
Prepare regular OT and PTO summary reports for managers and HR.
Ticket Processing & Issue Resolution
Triage and resolve incoming finance tickets (payment questions, expense disputes, PTO balance queries) within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex or high-value issues to the Finance Operations Manager with clear context and recommended next steps.
Keep the ticket queue organized and up to date in the team’s task management system.
Spreadsheet & Data Management
Build and maintain spreadsheets for payroll tracking, expense summaries, headcount rosters, and OT/PTO registers.
Apply formulas, filters, and pivot tables to produce clean, accurate reports on demand.
Identify and fix data errors before they reach downstream reports or payments.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, finance operations, or administrative role where attention to detail was required.
Hands-on experience working with large spreadsheets (500+ rows) and using formulas to manage or reconcile data.
Experience going beyond spreadsheets: building reports or dashboards that make finance data easy to read and act on, and an instinct for automation or system integrations that reduce manual work.
Skills
Spreadsheet proficiency: Comfortable building and maintaining complex Excel or Google Sheets workbooks; confident with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and data validation.
Attention to detail: Catches errors before they become problems; double-checks figures before submitting.
Organization: Manages multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping tasks; keeps records tidy and easy for others to navigate.
Communication: Writes clear, professional messages in English; can explain a discrepancy or a process step simply.
