Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure regular and effective communication with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams
- →Provide customer account support, identify problems, and take corrective actions to achieve company goals
- →Focus on maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency to customer service level metrics
- →Manage customer demand, aligning supply and customer communication
- →Validate customer demand inputs and meet with customers to understand requirements
- →Work closely with demand and supply planning, logistics, and finance teams
- →Manage operational projects to support customer requirements
- →Report monthly & quarterly revenue and identify potential risks/opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Oracle and understanding of SOX and revenue recognition guidelines
