About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic team within the Hard Disk Drive organization. This role involves being the first point of contact for technical customer engagements related to firmware.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure customer satisfaction on firmware features, HDD qualifications, and ongoing support
- →Bring up new HDD products and provide firmware engineering technical support throughout the product life cycle
- →Communicate customer status and priorities to upper management
- →Develop customer technical material and guide customers through technical discussions
- →Lead internal process improvement initiatives through collaborative work sessions and training
