About the Role
We are looking for an AI & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven automation solutions across the enterprise. This hands-on role focuses on building intelligent virtual agents and backend automation services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain intelligent chatbots and AI agents using platforms such as Moveworks, Glean, and Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
- →Build and manage Python-based automation scripts, backend services, and microservices
- →Implement and optimize LLM-powered solutions, including prompt engineering and conversational design
- →Apply agentic AI concepts including tool usage, multi-step reasoning, and Model Context Protocol
- →Develop REST APIs and backend services to integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems
- →Support workflow automation using Power Automate and Power Apps
- →Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance
- →Collaborate with QA testers and automation engineers to validate AI workflows
- →Participate in test automation, regression testing, and release validation
- →Work within Agile/Scrum delivery models
- →Mentor junior developers and support engineers
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in conversational AI, agentic AI systems, and generative AI
- ✓Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, Model Context Protocol, and LLMOps
- ✓Experience with Python-based automation
- ✓Knowledge of REST APIs and backend services
- ✓Familiarity with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365
- ✓Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
- ✓Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
