About the Role
We are seeking an Equipment Engineer to join our team, responsible for maintaining tools on a wafer manufacturing production line in a class 100 cleanroom environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support maintenance with equipment troubleshooting during scheduled and unscheduled downtime events
- →Troubleshoot and repair complex unscheduled failures to root cause and document for future reference
- →Provide inputs to Engineering and maintenance teams for improving PM cycle-time, tool availability, and reducing wafer scrap
- →Provide Technical On-the-Job training for maintenance personnel
- →Support Equipment Engineering Team in defining and writing preventive maintenance procedures
- →Support engineering with scrap mitigation, obsolescence, and increasing equipment OEE
- →Monitor Artist, SPC, Spotfire, and PdM for assigned equipment improvement
- →Support engineering projects, upgrades, retrofits, and installations
Requirements
- ✓Strong equipment background and experience maintaining tools in a cleanroom environment
