Key Responsibilities
- →Provide all administrative and activities support for University Recruiting
- →Manage end-to-end process of University Recruiting, including candidate interview scheduling, job details verification, offer letter creation, and pre-hire on-boarding
- →Enter data into automated systems and audit data entry
- →Verify completeness and accuracy of documents
- →Assist in the new-hire orientation process
- →Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and hiring managers
- →Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions
- →Manage and support the audit process and readiness for the country
- →Participate on project teams as assigned
- →Ideate on creative solutions for challenges
- →Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Experience in talent acquisition coordination or a related field
- ✓Strong organizational and administrative skills
- ✓Proficiency in using recruitment systems like SmartRecruiters
- ✓Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members
- ✓Problem-solving skills and ability to ideate creative solutions
