About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Learning and Development Content Creator to design, develop, and deliver high-quality educational content that empowers employees to excel in their technical roles. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support Thailand Head Backend Operations (THO) and Philippines Head Backend Operations (PHO) to develop technical training content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, webinars, and written documentation
- →Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
- →Utilize instructional design principles and learning models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick Model, Gagné's Framework) to create engaging learning experiences
- →Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect the latest technology trends
- →Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions
- →Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed
- →Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements
- →Stay current with advancements in technology and learning methodologies
