About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Support professional to join the Welcome Center of the Corp. Marketing Road Program. This role involves promoting Westgate Resorts by arranging tours for potential timeshare purchasers and providing various concierge services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Present and arrange Westgate timeshare tour promotions to qualified guests at various contracted locations
- →Arrange and book room nights for guests visiting welcome centers
- →Provide concierge services for contracted locations
- →Maintain updated information on local area attractions and special events
- →Arrange and book tours of the resort for possible timeshare sales
- →Meet personal sales quotas for tours, tickets, and rooms
- →Handle cash and tickets accurately and securely
- →Provide friendly and professional customer service
- →Manage inventory and supplies for the center
- →Ensure the location is well-kept and maintained
- →Assist with cash handling procedures and reporting
- →Support team member engagement activities
- →Cover for other employees' shifts as needed
