About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Security Program Manager to join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. This role will own and scale physical security technologies that protect our people, offices, and operations globally.

Key Responsibilities

→Strengthen the integrity, consistency, and compliance of Whatnot’s global physical security program
→Own physical security infrastructure and vendors end-to-end
→Deliver reliable, scalable access control and identity workflows
→Lead the global rollout and adoption of security technology programs
→Oversee cameras and surveillance systems globally
→Drive security system integrations and special projects

Requirements

✓7+ years of experience in technical or physical security program management
✓Proven experience deploying and managing enterprise-grade physical security systems
✓Strong understanding of access control architecture, camera systems, and visitor management technologies
✓Technical fluency with APIs and SaaS integrations
✓Excellent cross-functional communication and program management skills
✓Hands-on mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
