About the Role
Wheel is seeking a Product Manager, Operational Intelligence to lead the strategy and execution of automation and intelligent workflow initiatives across Operations. This role will focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and team experience through thoughtfully designed automation and agent-assisted systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a phased automation strategy across operational domains
- →Directly design and prototype agentic workflows, including prompt architecture and decision boundaries
- →Configure and iterate on agent systems in production environments
- →Rapidly test and refine agent performance through experimentation and feedback loops
- →Translate ambiguous operational workflows into structured, executable logic
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in senior or lead PM roles
- ✓Proven track record of building automation, workflow, or operational intelligence products
- ✓Experience building with AI/ML systems or agent-based tools
- ✓Background in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise operations software
- ✓Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives in fast-moving environments
- ✓Outstanding communicator who can articulate complex agent systems and strategy
