About the Role

Wheely is a high-end ride-hailing service redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe and the Middle East. We are seeking a skilled Generalist Recruiter for our London office to support our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

→Full-cycle recruitment for product, business, and go-to-market roles across all our global locations (UK, EMEA, US)
→Working with a high level of autonomy
→Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
→Participating in marketing and PR activities aimed at improving the HR brand

Requirements

✓2+ years of recruitment experience in a challenging environment: scale-up, large tech, consulting, VC/PE, or a well-known recruitment agency serving any of the above industries
✓Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated
✓Great communication skills and a client-centered approach
✓Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
✓Fluent English
