We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead Manager to join one of our dynamic technical teams, such as Passenger, Billing, etc. Responsibilities • Managing the team of ~10 developers on a day-to-day basis: participating in planning, project management, delivery, career development for DRs, hiring • Architect M- and L- sized features • Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, product managers) to gather requirements and discuss project goals • Participate in the analysis, design and evaluation of technical requirements together with the team • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code mainly in Go language • Review and give feedback on code written by peers to ensure consistency, readability, and efficiency • Write and maintain technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides Requirements • 5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services • Proficiency with Go/Ruby/Python/C++/Java/Kotlin languages • In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc. • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency Our current stack: Go microservices, shrinking Ruby monolith, Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Thrift, Redis, AWS, Terraform, K8s, Jenkins.
