Are you a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud? Join our team and lead impactful email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and business growth.
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
Develop & execute advanced email marketing strategies to boost customer engagement. Lead segmentation & personalization initiatives for high-impact targeting. Design responsive, brand-consistent email templates. Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times. Analyze email metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and generate insights. Ensure 100% compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations. Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to enhance campaign performance. Manage and optimize automation workflows on Oracle Eloqua, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and SFMC. Monitor customer behavior trends to refine strategy. Align email strategies with broader digital marketing initiatives.
⭐ Required Skills & Qualifications:
4–7 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Proficiency in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder.
Strong working knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS. Expertise in email segmentation, personalization & automation. Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics. Excellent copywriting & proofreading abilities. Strong understanding of global email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Admin, etc.) are a plus.
