About the Role
WHOOP is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Business Systems team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining internal tools and integrations that power business operations, working cross-functionally to ensure systems are scalable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that support internal operations
- →Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Membership Services, and other teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- →Interface with critical business systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, and Boomi
- →Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs, data pipelines, and automation
- →Collaborate with other engineers to share knowledge and improve engineering processes
- →Coach and mentor engineers in your team and neighboring teams
Requirements
- ✓BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- ✓2–4 years of professional software development experience
- ✓Proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- ✓Experience in API design, integrations, or middleware
- ✓Experience in relational database design, data modeling, and query optimization
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- ✓Experience developing large scale, production-quality web applications
- ✓Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
