What You'll Do: • Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident • Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments • Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment What We’re Looking For: • Clear and professional communication skills • A strong work ethic and reliability—you show up and give it your all! • Drive to meet and exceed lead quotas • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-centric office environment • Friendly and engaging personality—you enjoy talking with people and making connections • Willingness to learn • Tech-savvy with the ability to speak confidently with customers, while navigating a CRM system and entering data accurately in real time What You Need: • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc. Work Schedule Availability: • We're looking for candidates who can reliably work four (4) weekday evening shifts + one (1) weekend shift each week. Four weekday shifts: • Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM • You will be scheduled for four of these five days each week. One weekend shift: • Weekend shift hours vary and may rotate. • Specific schedules will be shared in advance.
