About the Role

We are looking for a Graduate Product Designer to join our London-based Wise Platform team. This role involves providing hands-on design support to ensure consistent brand experiences for Wise Platform, contributing to Wise's global mission of building an open, fair, and human financial system.

Key Responsibilities

→Get to know Wise product teams and customers, building empathy and deep understanding of their needs.
→Hone and flex your craft skills in a collaborative environment.
→Be influential in your team, guiding them to prioritize customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality.
→Work with cross-functional teams that make up Wise Platform, helping banks and large enterprises move the world’s money with speed, certainty, and ease.
→Participate in the Wise Design Community and collaborate with designers across Wise.
→Spend the first 18 months working in one of our product teams, shaping useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences.

Requirements

✓You’ll be mentored by several Designers at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects.
✓Your mission will be mapped out with your lead, and you’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.
