Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews
- →Review customer transaction history and provide insights into customer behaviour patterns
- →Ensure customer records are accurate and updated as required
- →Perform customer risk assessment and escalate activities exceeding internal risk tolerance
- →Ensure compliance with local regulations and KYC/AML guidelines
- →Assist in identifying opportunities to improve KYC processes
- →Support KYC Operations Associate Analysts with training and mentoring
- →Communicate effectively with customers through various channels
- →Perform tasks within expected key performance indicators
Requirements
- ✓Experience in KYC/AML compliance or related field
- ✓Strong understanding of customer due diligence processes
- ✓Ability to assess customer identity documents and complex business structures
- ✓Knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and data privacy protocols
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Effective communication skills
- ✓Ability to work within key performance indicators
