We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to scale data foundations that safeguard customers and uphold Wise's global regulatory commitments. This critical role will partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to drive data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in data analytics with focus on risk, controls, or compliance in banking/financial industry
- ✓Strong analytical mind with product intuition, capable of translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- ✓Advanced technical skills including expert-level SQL, Python, and proficiency with BI tools
- ✓Experience working with technical teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- ✓Deep understanding of events data platforms like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Amplitude
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proactive 'Hustler-mentality' to drive initiatives to completion
