About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our fast-growing regional commercial team. This role focuses on driving growth with existing partners and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with Wise Platform teams and partners to identify, progress and close a strong pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts
- →Develop and actively manage comprehensive account plans for key accounts, articulating strategies for growth and managing risk of attrition
- →Establish strong relationships with partners by understanding their strategic objectives and decision-making processes
- →Take a data-led approach on influencing decision making with internal and external stakeholders
- →Provide consistent internal updates on partner performance and engagements
- →Bring the voice of the partner to influence Wise Platform product roadmaps
- →Work on projects and initiatives to improve our account management function
