About the Role
We are looking for a FinCrime Product Compliance Manager to join our Wise Platform Product team. This role focuses on developing scalable processes to identify and manage financial crime risks globally.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with product teams to define controls and interpret regulation for Wise Platform products
- βMonitor emerging typologies and regulatory requirements worldwide
- βUnderstand Wise FinCrime controls and work with Platform and Global FinCrime teams
- βCommunicate with partners about compliance programs and expectations
- βIdentify challenges to regulatory permissions and work on new licenses
Requirements
- βExperience in financial crime compliance and regulatory interpretation
- βKnowledge of global financial crime typologies and regulatory requirements
- βAbility to work with product teams and compliance departments
- βStrong communication skills with partners and stakeholders
