About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join one of the teams in Wise's Business Squad in London. This role focuses on building simple, easy-to-use experiences for a complex financial product that serves 16 million users globally.

Requirements
- ✓Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems
- ✓Default to prototyping when presenting your work
- ✓Natural collaborator who designs in the open
- ✓Understand that good design is a journey to identify the right thing to build
- ✓Comfortable designing for web surfaces including desktop and mobile formats
- ✓Experience with design systems to produce scalable design
- ✓Practise evidence-based design with clear decision rationalization
