About the Role
We are seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team at Wise. This role involves building and maintaining a robust control framework to ensure our product portfolio is covered with essential screening checks, preventing onboarding of sanctioned individuals, organizations, and politically exposed people.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work directly with back-office and compliance teams to understand their workflows and challenges
- →Redesign and build better internal tools for case handling and management
- →Ensure comprehensive screening checks across all products and use cases
- →Enhance the customer experience by making it easy to provide necessary information and documents
