We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join the design team in our Grow Squad. You’ll be working with a fast-growing cross-functional team to create a brand new, best in class investment experience for our consumer and business customers worldwide.

Requirements
- ✓Well-established track record of experience as a Product Designer, championing customer-first design initiatives in world-class teams
- ✓Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people
- ✓Default to prototyping when presenting your work
- ✓Natural collaborator, designing in the open and leveraging other functions’ expertise
- ✓Understanding that good design is often a journey to identify the right thing to build, using early concepts and prototypes to build conviction
- ✓High-level of design craft, strong visual skills, and interest in brand
- ✓Comfortable designing for mobile surfaces
- ✓Experience working with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales
- ✓Practise evidence-based design, able to rationalise decisions clearly and credibly
