Key Responsibilities
- →Provide efficient and timely desktop and local infrastructure support for Base44 employees
- →Manage end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding for Base44, integrating new hires into both the Wix ecosystem and Base44’s cloud environments
- →Provide Cloud & Dev-Ops Support, managing and troubleshooting user permissions and environments for Cloud-native tools like GCP, AWS, and GitHub
- →Monitor and respond to tickets according to agreed SLAs
- →Supervise Base44’s IT environment, including infrastructure, computers, end-users, and permission management
- →Participate in global IT projects and identify opportunities to implement AI tools or automated processes that benefit Base44’s workflow
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Cloud-native tools such as GCP, AWS, and GitHub
- ✓Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user support
