About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team at Wix. This role involves providing hands-on technical support to employees worldwide, managing equipment inventory, and ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide timely and efficient desktop and local infrastructure support across the organization
- →Offer professional IT support to employees remotely across different locations and time zones
- →Manage, monitor, and respond quickly to requests through the IT Helpdesk in line with agreed SLAs
- →Identify opportunities to reduce service requests through better user training and documentation
- →Manage equipment inventory from evaluation and purchasing to maintenance and depreciation
- →Work closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and finance teams to take ownership of the IT procurement process
- →Collaborate with auditors to ensure procurement procedures are followed
- →Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including for remote workers
- →Manage and maintain A/V equipment
- →Handle endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Requirements
- ✓Experience in providing IT support and managing IT infrastructure
- ✓Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- ✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
- ✓Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement with flexible hours
- ✓Experience with IT procurement and inventory management
