About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our growth in the cloud security market. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities for cloud security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and research potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
- →Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify leads
- →Work closely with Account Executives to align strategies and ensure smooth handoffs
- →Maintain up-to-date information on all prospects and activities in Salesforce
- →Take full ownership of your sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role focusing on the India market
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ✓Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- ✓Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies
- ✓A proactive, positive attitude and a commitment to success
- ✓Technical Skills
- ✓CRM Experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
