About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team at Wiz, a leading cloud security startup. This role focuses on driving customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform, providing strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence
- →Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level
- →Help customers develop Success Plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators
- →Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- →Advocate for customer needs across various departments and offer insights regarding new features
- →Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals
- →Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- ✓Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- ✓Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
