About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join Wolt, a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 32 countries. This role involves growing our portfolio of restaurants and helping existing partners succeed on the Wolt platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive business development by discovering, mapping, and securing top-notch partnerships for Wolt.
→Manage month-over-month sales growth of entrusted venues through KPI measurement and analysis.
→Deliver strategic, data-driven performance insights to drive commercial growth of existing restaurant partners.
→Oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders.
→Use data insights to identify opportunities for partners and propose tailored campaigns.
→Act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication and supporting expansion opportunities.
→Foster a positive, supportive work culture where people feel valued and motivated.
→Ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.
→Contribute to building new structures and processes in a growing market.

Requirements

✓Strong commercial experience in business development, account development, or field sales.
✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
✓Strategic mindset with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets.
✓Skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation.
✓Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills.
✓Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility.
✓Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
✓Fluent in both Greek and English.
✓Driver’s license is mandatory.
