About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Wolt Drive, the fastest delivery service on the market within 60 minutes. This role combines new business development, key account management, and onboarding to help partners launch their delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with new potential partners for both B2B services and manage the sales process from A to Z
- →Manage relationships with key accounts and identify growth opportunities
- →Support contracted Merchants in placing their first orders
- →Take part in Merchant and corporate client negotiations
- →Cooperate with middleware partners to ensure smooth integrations
- →Support business events such as fairs and conferences
- →Prepare business reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders
- →Engage in cross-functional Sales and Operations projects that improve services
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience in B2B sales or key account management
- ✓Strong track record in acquiring and growing business customers
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to adjust communication to the audience
- ✓Experience with analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI
- ✓A structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach to work
- ✓Fantastic communication skills with confidence in speaking to various types of customers and stakeholders
- ✓Passion for food, retail, and developing meaningful partnerships
- ✓Experience in SaaS sales, gastronomy, or logistics is a strong plus
- ✓Fluency in Bulgarian and English
- ✓Driver’s license
