About the Role
We are looking for a Commerce Platform Sales Manager to join Wolt, a global delivery platform that enables the delivery of almost everything in over 500 cities across 30 countries. As part of the DoorDash team, you will be responsible for acquiring and activating new partners for Wolt Drive and Wolt Storefront, two core products of our Commerce Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify, present, and successfully close new merchant partnerships for Wolt Drive and Wolt Storefront
- →Build a strong pipeline and work with a structured sales process to secure high-quality and scalable partnerships
- →Systematically analyze the market and actively acquire new partnership opportunities
- →Proactively approach restaurants, retailers, and e-commerce companies across various verticals
- →Develop and optimize pitch decks, case studies, and proposals
- →Collaborate closely with onboarding and operations teams for a smooth handover after contract signing
Requirements
- ✓3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, retail partnerships, or similar roles
- ✓Proven track record of closing deals and regularly meeting sales targets
- ✓A true hunter – proactive, persistent, and pipeline-driven
- ✓Excellent communication and pitching skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly
- ✓Ability to use data to support negotiations and make informed sales decisions
- ✓Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic environment and demonstrate a high degree of ownership
- ✓Fluent in German and English
