About the Role
We are looking for a service-focused Business Development Specialist to join Wolt, a Finnish technology company known for its food delivery platform. This role involves supporting business partners and creating new sales opportunities in one of Europe's fastest-growing companies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist Account managers with sales growth on the market with existing partners
- →Create an environment where merchants and customers enjoy their experience with Wolt Drive
- →Assist with the onboarding of new partners to the Wolt ecosystem
- →Support current partners with any issues, reports, etc.
- →Collaborate with Wolt Operations and Support teams to ensure top-class customer experience
- →Reach out to potential new partners to help grow Wolt Drive’s partner base
- →Help with the implementation of new features
- →Work with middleware partners (MWPs), including setup and monitoring
- →Monitor businesses of all sizes to identify and address inactive or problematic venues
Requirements
- ✓Prior experience in an Account management or customer service-focused role is a plus
- ✓Confidence in video calls and offline meetings
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills
- ✓Structured, detailed, and service-oriented mentality
- ✓Experience working in a Google environment is a plus
- ✓Ability to take initiative and get things done in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Fluency in Hebrew and English
