About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager - CPG Partnerships to join the Wolt Ads team. This role will help our partners grow their businesses by offering high visibility for their brand across our app and beyond. You will work with leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies to create profitable business models and contribute to building Wolt’s sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ad + Promo Sales: Commercialize new features and help CPG partners create value for our joint customer bases
- →Joint Business Strategy and Planning: Develop win-win-win models for CPG partners, Wolt, and end-customers
- →Plan Execution: Work with local and global teams to ensure operational plans are executed
- →Market Insight & Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage market knowledge and data analytics to create actionable dashboards and insights
Requirements
- ✓Relevant Experience: Previous global enterprise sales or account management experience
- ✓Languages Proficiency: Fluent in Albanian and English
- ✓Industry Knowledge: Understanding of CPG, e-commerce, and platform industry
- ✓Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to create compelling presentations for C-level executives
- ✓Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to leverage data and analyze complex datasets
- ✓Attitude: Ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
- ✓Other: Eligible to work in the country where the job is posted and willing to travel
