About the Role
We are looking for Inside Sales Associates and Specialists to join Wolt in Norway. This role involves building and closing partnerships with restaurants and retailers to drive growth across new and existing cities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and target potential restaurant and retail partners to expand our customer selection
- →Build and maintain a rich pipeline of potential partnerships through proactive outreach
- →Own the sales process from beginning to end using a consultative approach
- →Work mainly with inside sales activities such as calls and digital meetings
- →Use data to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations
- →Collaborate with Onboarding and Development teams to ensure new partners succeed
Requirements
- ✓Early in your sales career or with experience in B2B consultative sales
- ✓Strong communication and networking skills
- ✓Comfortable spending a large part of your day on the phone
- ✓Excellent listening skills and ability to adapt your approach
- ✓Experience from hospitality, retail or sales is a plus
- ✓Structured with good time management and CRM tool experience
- ✓Fluent in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
