About the Role
We are looking for a Mass Account Manager to join our team at Wolt. This role focuses on managing a large restaurant portfolio and improving operational performance through strategic and scalable measures.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor central KPIs in the partner portfolio (availability, activity rate, rejection rate)
- →Lead initiatives to reduce churn and increase partner value
- →Design and execute campaigns to increase the use of ads, deals and promotions
- →Develop automation tools, email templates or dashboards for internal teams
- →Share best practices and mentor associates
- →Collaborate with other teams to solve problems or escalate blockers
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in account management, partner operations or similar growth roles
- ✓Fluent German and English language skills
- ✓Strong analytical skills and a process optimization mindset
- ✓Experience in managing performance metrics and implementing initiatives at scale
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics or a related field
