About the Role
We are looking for a Georgian-English Merchant Onboarding Specialist to join Wolt, a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. This role involves onboarding restaurant and retail partners onto the Wolt platform, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Successfully onboard venues onto the Wolt platform by coordinating, executing, and monitoring the full onboarding process for restaurant and retail Merchant Partners.
- →Build strong relationships with merchant partners, supporting them throughout onboarding and beyond.
- →Provide training and education on the Wolt Merchant App and Merchant Portal to optimize partner performance.
- →Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including offers, product photo coverage, translations, and menu updates.
- →Support Merchant Services and Key Account Managers with tasks related to partner management.
Requirements
- ✓Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact
- ✓Proactive ownership mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
- ✓Fluent in Georgian and English to communicate with partners and ensure correct information on the app
- ✓Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is an advantage
