About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and structured Onboarding Associate to support and train new restaurant partners at Wolt. This role involves ensuring strong, successful partnerships and acting as a key communicator between operations and merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Successfully onboard venues onto the Wolt platform, ensuring an optimal and speedy process
- →Build relationships with merchant partners and help them through the onboarding process
- →Help move roadblocks and remove bottlenecks throughout the onboarding funnel
- →Ensure merchants reach the highest Wolt service standards
Requirements
- ✓Structured, proactive, and detailed-oriented approach
- ✓Logical problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact
- ✓Proactive ownership mentality and ability to work with limited guidance
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style
- ✓Fluent in Swedish and English for communication with partners
- ✓Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is an advantage
