About the Role

We are looking for a proactive team member to join our newly established Post Activation department at Wolt. This role focuses on ensuring newly onboarded restaurant partners perform well on our platform through training, support, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Analyze partner performance data and act on key performance indicators to improve partner performance
→Monitor multiple workflows of partner performance improvement and track progress through Monday.com
→Visit newly onboarded restaurant partners and provide in-person training for hardware and app usage
→Proactively reach out to partners to solve issues through written or verbal communication
→Polish and improve approaches on partner & vendor communication, coaching, and training

Requirements

✓Experience with partner support or communication-heavy roles
✓Positive demeanor with patience
✓Excellent organizational skills, able to multitask and track progress of numerous open tickets
✓Outstanding communicator in German and English, both verbal and written
✓Keen eye for detail
✓Outside-of-the-box thinking to propose solutions and improve workflows
✓Experience in gastronomy or food industry is a plus
✓Experience with Google Suite is a plus
