About the Role
We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Payments Group, Core Payments Team at Wolt. This role focuses on building and scaling the infrastructure that powers every transaction on Wolt, ensuring reliable and cost-efficient processing across countries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Connect with country teams to understand payment cultures in local markets
- →Facilitate business and technical discussions with payment providers like Stripe
- →Align with product, finance, and data teams on company-wide needs

Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Product Lead in fintech, payments, or B2B platform products
- ✓Track record of leading products from concept to launch
- ✓Skilled at working with cross-functional teams
- ✓High ownership mindset with a hands-on approach
- ✓Strong blend of data fluency, technical depth, design intuition, and business judgment
