About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Restaurant Marketing Manager to join Wolt's marketing team in Germany. This unique role offers an opportunity to shape Wolt’s restaurant marketing strategy across West Germany, focusing on local market insight and partner collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and execute tailored restaurant marketing strategies across cities in West Germany
→Identify and capitalize on hyper-local marketing opportunities
→Build and leverage relationships with top-tier restaurant partners
→Activate restaurant partners through on-the-ground support to drive customer demand
→Execute 360 marketing plans across various channels
→Manage regional marketing budgets
→Act as a marketing advisor to key restaurant partners
→Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics

Requirements

✓Several years of experience in marketing, account management, or similar commercial roles
✓Experience working with external partners in food tech, e-commerce, hospitality, or retail
✓Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive growth
✓Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
✓Confidence in managing partner relationships end-to-end
✓Comfort moving between planning and execution
✓C2-level German and business-fluent English
✓Willingness to travel regularly within West Germany and to Berlin HQ
