About the Role
We are looking for a Merchant Services Specialist to join our team at Wolt. This role focuses on ensuring seamless onboarding and service experiences for our restaurant and retail partners in the German market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate with various teams within the organization to coordinate a seamless merchant onboarding and service experience
- →Inform partners about processes and procedures via form, email, and phone, mostly in German language
- →Monitor processes and track progress through Monday.com and other Wolt software
- →Learn and master our systems, tools, and processes
Requirements
- ✓One or more years of experience in sales, support, or account management
- ✓Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- ✓Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mentality
- ✓Ability to set goals and achieve them
- ✓Organized, meticulous, and with impeccable communication skills
- ✓Fluent in German and English (at least C1)
