About the Role
We are looking for a Platform Lead to join Wolt, a global delivery platform that brings joy and simplicity to neighborhoods worldwide. This role involves managing the restaurant platform team and overseeing the onboarding process for new venues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and nurture a platform team of 10 employees, including team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and daily mentoring
- →Maintain close working relations with the restaurant team (Sales and Account Managers)
- →Implement new processes, systems, and features in collaboration with the product team
- →Ensure restaurant team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles
- →Responsible for team efficiency, measurement, and development
- →Make sure the team meets KPIs and provides performance feedback
- →Identify bottlenecks and improve onboarding workflows
- →Solve day-to-day problems and prioritize team tasks
- →Plan, manage, and implement projects related to the role
Requirements
- ✓Experience in leading a professional team
- ✓Knowledge of Monday and Looker
- ✓Experience working with integrations and POS companies
- ✓Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
- ✓Understanding of the restaurant industry, including industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs
- ✓Excellent organizational skill set
- ✓Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo to improve processes and performance
- ✓Experience in improving and implementing processes
- ✓Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities
- ✓Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- ✓Experienced in working with data and Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, Concatenate, etc.)
