About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Wolt, a fast-growing company that delivers everything from restaurant food to other services in over 500 cities across 30 countries. This role is crucial for managing our largest SMB merchants and driving their growth on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage business acumen and analytical abilities to increase the adoption of Wolt’s products and services among restaurant partners.
- →Drive complex commercial negotiations to strengthen partnerships with key restaurant partners while meeting financial targets.
- →Monitor portfolio performance, interpret complex data sets, and provide data-driven consultancy to partners.
- →Conduct periodic business reviews and lead discussions with a consultative approach.
- →Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with restaurant partners.
- →Mentor junior team members through training and mentorship.
- →Monitor the competitive landscape and feedback loop to influence Wolt’s product improvements.
Requirements
- ✓+5 years experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as Account Management, Sales, or Marketing.
- ✓Commercial acumen with a consultative approach to client management.
- ✓Knowledge or previous exposure to analytical dashboards (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and SQL.
- ✓Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- ✓Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience.
- ✓High sense of ownership and proactivity.
- ✓Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
- ✓Fluent in German and excellent English skills.
