About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now weβre building the delivery of (almost) everything and youβll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isnβt always easy, but itβs definitely exciting. Here youβll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. Youβll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if youβre a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
What makes the Finance team so special is our βservice firstβ approach to the job - we enjoy creating strong communication loops with the wider business, so that bottlenecks are minimized and that things get done quickly and efficiently.
Everybody is accountable for their own workload and takes pride in being meticulous and precise. We also enjoy learning and developing as we go - itβs important that you share this approach!

β’ Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate data analysis, automate routine reconciliation tasks, and draft documentation β demonstrating fluency in AI-assisted workflows as part of the roleβs operating standard
β’ Detect and resolve data issues and reconciliation gaps β digging into the lowest level of detail when needed to find the source of truth and implement end to end solutions
β’ Contribute to process improvement and automation across revenue data lineage β identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, streamline month-end close, and scale our subledger operations for new products and markets; considering both upstream and downstream impact so changes donβt create new friction for other teams

β’ Ad hoc analyses and projects as assigned
