Role background
As part of our phenomenal growth, weβre looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, youβll focus on hiring exceptional talent across either our Customer Support or Delivery Operations functions.
Within Customer Support, youβll partner on global and support management hiring, excluding high-volume Support Associate recruitment. In Delivery Operations, your scope will range from core operational roles to global strategic positions across the function.
Weβre looking for someone with experience hiring talent in fast-moving environments. You enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex hiring needs, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from start to finish.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, youβll own the full end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio, balancing speed, quality, and great collaboration throughout. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who thrives on driving hiring outcomes while keeping both candidates and stakeholders at the heart of the experience.
What you'll be doing
β’ Lead recruitment delivery for your assigned hiring teams, building strong partnerships with stakeholders to create clear hiring roadmaps, align on processes, and support interviewer training and guiding best practices when needed.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by sharing market insights, recruitment expertise, and data-driven recommendations to support better hiring decisions.
β’ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines tailored to the needs of your hiring teams, ensuring a proactive and high-quality approach to sourcing.
β’ Use data and talent acquisition tools to continuously improve hiring efficiency, optimize funnel performance, and identify opportunities to remove bottlenecks impacting KPIs such as time-to-hire and fill rate.
β’ Collaborate closely with your TA sub-team and the wider Talent Acquisition function, sharing ideas, learnings, and best practices while helping solve hiring challenges together.
